Welcome to our Meal PopUp Fundraiser site! Take the night off from cooking while supporting a locally owned restaurant and helping a local organization; all while enjoying convenient curbside pick up in your neighborhood, school, church or office! We are currently running Meal PopUp Programs in Twin Valley, Governor Mifflin, Wilson, Muhlenberg, Exeter, and Wyomissing School District Areas along with a few others. HOST A POPUP DINNER OR FUNDRAISER

HOW DOES IT WORK?

  1. A “PopUp Host” or “Fundraiser" Host registers their Neighborhood, Office, or Organization using this Form.

  2. We recommend that the Host surveys their neighbors/ co-workers/ supporters what night(s) would be best to have a local restaurant set up a Family Meal Popup to ensure they will have at least 20 orders.

  3. The PopUp Host selects a date (a Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday) and one of our local restaurant partners for each of their PopUp dates.

  4. After the PopUp Host confirms the PopUp Dates & Restaurants with the Do It Local team, their PopUp Events are added to this website and a direct order link is created for easy sharing. The host is responsible for sharing this link via email, text, social media, newsletters, organization websites, flyers, and neighborhood groups to collect preorders. We also have Yard Signs available to boost success. Click HERE for more tips!

  5. The order cutoff for preorders is typically the night before the Popup with the exception of Crave Café & Klinger’s at the Airport which is 2 days prior to the PopUp Date. Click HERE to learn more about each restaurant’s requirements, fundraising percentages, and also host bonus options!

  6. On the night of the Family Meal PopUp, the Restaurant comes to the location and distributes the food “curbside” within a 15 minute window. Typically the pick up time slot is 5:15pm-5:30pm or 5:30-5:45pm. Of course we can customize pick up times to accommodate parent pick up times, meeting times to maximize the success. *We do require someone to be present from the organization at each Popup for questions or forgotten orders. (We call this person the Fundraising Coordinator)
